Bread Soldiers & Asparagus Bacon

Dunk the bread soldier and bacon wrapped asparagus into the oozy egg and let the flavors explode in your mouth!


1. Place 2 eggs in a saucepan with room temperature water and bring to boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 1 minute.

2. Wash asparagus and pat dry.

3. Trim off the woody stem.

4. Wrap the bacon around the asparagus and place in oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins or until bacon is crispy.


5. Cut the bread slice into 4 pieces and sprinkle with cheese and pepper and toast till golden brown.
