Try this healthy hummus recipe in place of mayonnaise! Not only is it healthier and more nutritious, it has a lot more flavor!
1. Combine the canola oil, chickpea, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
1. Remove the crust of the bread.
2. Spread hummus on the bread.
3. Place a slice of tomato on top of the hummus.
4. Garnish with pea sprouts (optional).
