Raisin Tea Loaf

Packed with raisin, this cake taste great with a cup of coffee or tea!


1.Grease a loaf pan and line base with baking parchment.

2.Rub butter into flour until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

3.Stir in sugar, eggs and milk to form soft dough.

4.Roll out dough on lightly flour surface to form a 14 inch square.

5.Brush melted butter over dough and mix together with raisin and chocolate chips. Roll up dough tightly and cut into 4 portions

6.Place them in the prepared loaf pan and brush with milk.

7.Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 30 minutes.

8.Cool cake and transfer to wire rack. Drizzle melted chocolate to decorate.
