Sandwich Pops

Great for parties, these whimsical sandwich pops are easy to make and great for children parties!

Method:

1. Slice off the bread crust, using a rolling pin to flatten the bread

2. Slice the bread in half to achieve a long rectangular shape

3. Layer on a thin slice of cucumber or smoke salmon and roll

4. Secure the roll with a skewer
