Sweet and crunchy, this recipe is a hit amongst the young and young at heart!
1. Crush corn flakes with a rolling pin and set aside.
2. Make the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
3. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture for both sides, then dip it into the cornflakes crumbs.
4. Heat a pan with some butter and grill the sandwich on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
5. Slice in half and serve immediately.
