Sandwich Dumplings

Method:

1. Using a round food/pastry cutter, cut each slice into a circle.

2. Place in dumpling maker and fill with your favourite sandwich filling.

3. Press to seal.

4. The dumplings can be toasted for crunch as well as deep fried after brushing with egg wash to create a beautiful fried dumpling.
