Grilled Salmon
Method:
1. Heat a grill or grill pan until very hot.
2. Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place salmons on grill for 5 minutes, or until browned then turn and cook for another 5 minutes, or to desired doneness.
4. Toast bread and place on plates.
5. Top 2 slices with a salmon fillet, a tablespoon of tartar sauce and top with alfalfa sprouts. Cover the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread
6. Serve immediately.
